Dr. T.  Michael Burke

 

Dr. Burke received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The University of Georgia. After receiving his medical degree he continued advanced studies at the College of Veterinary Medicine earning his Master of Science and PhD degrees. Dr. Burke was inducted into the Society of Phi Zeta, the national honor society of veterinary medicine.  He was awarded the national  Phi Zeta Research Award which recognizes the most outstanding and original applied and clinical research.  While completing his graduate studies,  Dr. Burke served as an instructor of 2nd year veterinary students and completed a residency in veterinary parasitology.  

 

Dr. Michael Burke has been practicing  veterinary medicine for over 26 years.  He practiced emergency medicine and  surgery for 3½ years prior to opening his own practice, The Feline Medical Center, in the summer of 1987. Dr. Burke’s practice is dedicated to the medical and surgical care of your feline companion.
